Order Processing Time: Kindly allow up to 21 business days (equivalent to 3 weeks) unless otherwise stated for your order to be processed and dispatched. Each item is crafted with meticulous care and attention to detail to ensure its quality meets our high standards.

Shipping Method: Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via Aus Post with either standard or express delivery, depending on your preference selected during checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Rush Orders: If you require your order urgently, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate rush orders whenever possible.

Garment Fit and Alterations: We want you to love your By Bel piece from the moment you receive it. If the fit isn't quite right, please reach out to us at bybelthelabel@gmail.com We're more than happy to assist you. In cases where alterations are needed, we can arrange this for you to ensure your garment fits perfectly.

Returns Policy: As each garment is made to order, we do not accept returns for changes of mind. However, if alterations are not feasible, or in rare cases where a remake is necessary we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Correct Measurements: To avoid any issues, please ensure you provide accurate measurements when placing your order. This helps us create a garment tailored to your specifications.
